Descent of the Moon Princess

I have recently been feeling lost, helplessly drowning in the darkness of my fears. Doubting myself, my capabilities, my work, questioning some decisions in my past and afraid to face my future.

“Descent of the Moon Princess” portrays the spirit of Princess Serenity being cast away from the war struck court of the Silver Millennium for her own protection, followed by her Inner Senshi.

And as she ascended onto the Earth, as her spirit was being reborn in the form of Usagi Tsukino, I believe she must have felt just like me. Terrified of what was to come, sad for what she had lost, afraid of the changes to come and nauseated by that dreadful uncertainty of floating in an abyss she just had to emerge from.

Yet despite her troubles and her doubts, she remained beautiful and she emerged victorious. It is in our darkest hour that our light must shine the brightest and I hope that I can do the same.
